Daniel is the most amazing lawyer we’ve had the pleasure to meet. Unfortunately, we’ve met a lot. Daniel’s integrity and honesty are unsurpassed. His knowledge is impeccable. If there’s something he thinks he doesn’t know, he finds out!! He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re represented properly. He puts in the time, the work and the heart into his cases. He keeps you in the loop and works with you until your case is finished. We are so very lucky to have found Daniel, without him our case would’ve ended disastrously!! There’s no detail too small and none are over looked. He doesn’t make any promises except to do his best, and his best is amazing!!! If more lawyers were like Daniel the justice system would not be in the shape it is!!! We can’t say enough about him, if you need a lawyer he’s the man you need to call.

I have had difficulty trusting lawyers. Danny truly cares about his clients lives and saved mine after a previous lawyer had me plead guilty. He had it struck and would prove my innocence. Danny is able to find mistakes and takes the time to fix them and help show your innocence. He is an experienced senior lawyer and so knowledgeable. He puts in hours of time, takes extra time out of his own life, and is familiar with the politics in certain cases. He has done so much good for so many people in his career and is the true example of the word; advocate. He cares about you, your life and career, and is more than just a lawyer. I am forever, so grateful!

Mr. Kayfetz is by far the most honest and straightforward lawyer in the Greater Toronto Area. He has been in the most high profile cases imaginable and is a man of his word. His knowledge of the law is impeccable and he takes on cases without false promises. He has fought numerous cases for my family and friends for the past 20 years and has been very successful with his results. Those who have dealt with Mr. Kayfetz will not want to go elsewhere. Although Mr. Kayfetz may soon be approaching retirement he will still be at the top of my list for legal advice and referrals. I have not seen anyone battle in the courtrooms like Mr. Kayfetz. A simple Google search will reveal some of the high profile cases he has been involved in and he has been in countless trials. I'd recommend Mr. Kayfetz to anyone involved in any criminal matter who is seeking a lawyer that will fight for your rights and freedom and not beat around the bush. A true warrior in the courtrooms, Mr. Daniel Kayfetz.
