I am sharing this story while it is still ongoing. My attorney, Neely Moked, who has been paid in full, is not returning any of my calls in regards to my divorce case. We are at the final stages, after three very painful, and emotionally and financially stressful years, so I don’t understand why she would desert me at this time. Especially as she knows I am destitute and can’t afford to live in New York any longer let alone pay for another attorney. My ex had forty-five days to refinance our house to buy me out. It is now well over 90 days. I have contacted Ms. Moked on her cell and office numbers at least once or twice a week since April. She has not returned any of my calls.I went to court last week to see if the judge could order everyone back into court. Now I’m in a whirlwind of learning how to finalize my divorce without an attorney. I learned that Ms. Moked never even filed papers she said she had. She is a liar and a thief for not doing what she was paid to. This is hell!Beware

This is a young female attorney who is one of the last attorneys who still work and realize that an attorney is meant to help you and in most cases your life is ib their hands. She took my first case and got me outstanding results. her fees are well deserved and she charges for her work,(not to get rich like some attorneys). While she may seem young she was well versed on many aspects of the law. I have had 3 case with her and she is my lawyer for life. While in her waiting are i spokke to her other clients and they all loved her. I am a polish immigrant and here name and reputation in my community is impecable and well known. If you are looking for a lawyer not a LIAR then i highly recomend her. God bless her is the best way i can say it. After my last case i though i would loose everything, but she fought and never gave up and won me my life back. She's almost always reachable and if not she or her experienced office staff always get back to you immidietly. i highly recomend her.
