I was criminally charged with refusal to provide breath sample. I contacted Irwin after getting a referral from someone that was in a similar situation that highly recommended him as being the best, which proved to be true. What I honestly thought was impossible, Irwin indeed did make possible. He was honest and communicative with me every step of the way, never giving me false hope with the outlook but told me he would fight relentlessly for me, and he stayed true to his word. Irwin was able to construct a solid defense that undermined the Crown's evidence. After an intense 2-day trial, due to Irwin's approach and knowledge of the specific law I was found not guilty. Thanks to Irwin I can move forward with my life and no longer have the burden of what could have come from a criminal conviction, driving suspension and fines. This truly would have put my family in dire straits. Thank you, Irwin, I could not be more grateful. He is absolutely a master of his craft.

Hiring Mr.Isenstein as my representative was the best decision I’ve ever made. I was charged with impaired driving and my blood alcohol levels were double over the legal limits. Irwin is probably the best DUI lawyer in Toronto and GTA. I was in a pickle with very high DUI readings that would of resulted in Judge to throw the books at me. However, upon retaining Irwin, I was able get this matter resolved with a court fine and a victim surcharge. Moreover, Irwin with his extensive experience treats his clients with respect and is very thoughtful when it comes to finances. He, let's you know how it is weather bad or good.
