Following initial consultation which was advertised as "free-of-charge", Cynthia assumed her services would be retained and subsequently refused to return Legal Aid Certificate to potential-client. Upon client's insistence she return the document, Cynthia insinuated the potential-client was perceived to be acting in a physically threatening manner and sought immediate assistance from a colleague to address the 'threat'. Think twice before committing your resources to such an 'ally' of the community.
