Brian is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer I have ever know in my 25 years of run ins with the law. He's been my lawyer since 2013 and will always be my lawyer. He is respectful, clear headed about each case, detailed and a clear communicator. No pages is ever left under, He is represent me in various matters from robbery, forcible confinement, attempted murder and more. I have referred a lot of my friends form my past life and I have always, always hear nothing but best praises for him. It's hard to find lawyers who actually care. And I can tell you the Brian ACTUALLY cares about each case he takes on. In the very last matter I just dealt with, Brian went back to the prosecutor's office and the judge to make sure that my sentence was revised to my release of Dec 23 as originally agreed upon on a deal for a slew of charges. An exceptional, dedicated, highly ethical lawyer with the highest standards. I had a situation of possible identity theft and had received alarming advice from the bank fraud department which entailed much needless worry and work on my part in terms of getting new government ID and changing all my banking arrangements which was very time-consuming and threw me into a real panic. Brian is an excellent lawyer. He took over my case from another shady lawyer and I couldn't be happier that we switched. He was confident, knowledgable and helped ease my stress through the whole proceedings. He was always readily available to talk me and answer any of my questions. He got my boyfriend 4 years on serious charges when the crown was asking for 10 years and he could of beat the case but my boyfriend just wanted it done and over with because he would just be getting to trial now in2018 when charges were 2016

This lawyer is horrible, my fiancé used him as legal aid lawyer for years and in that time Brian made him plead guilty and take a deal on every charge he got even though my fiancé was innocent and there was no evidence against him. The only reason why he plead guilty was because Brain told him that if he waits for trial in jail for over 6 months immigration WILL deport him even if he gets his charges dismissed. I’m not a lawyer and that’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard! Long story short it’s now 2017 and immigration is in the process of trying to deport my fiancé because of a charge “Possession of cocaine” that Brian made him plead to even though he never got caught with any drugs or making any sort of drug deal, he only had $40 of marked money he got from a lady that owed ME money!! Brain makes people plead guilty in favour to the crown so he can get a favour in return in the long run. I don’t advise anyone to take chances or listen to this lawyer without a second opinion.
