David Cohn defended me but once in my life when he was with the firm of Marshall Saks, the lawyer who it is claimed "wrote the book on sentencing in Canadian courts". Out of all of the lawyers who had represented me over and over during my troubled younger years of lawlessness, none made a greater imprint on me to change my life than David Cohn. And I Did change it one hundred and eighty degrees. David Does care for All and every one of his clients regardless and does fight for them genuinely. Thank you David.

In 2013 I went through the most horrific experiences in my life. I was charged with 5offences. I needed to call a lawyer. The police were ignoring my requests to contact a lawyer, I contacted Mr. Cohn. He explained the process to me and that I would be represented at my bail hearing. The police painted a riveting picture of me alleging many offences. When I was released on bail my nightmare continued. I was suspended from work, every aspect in my life was affected. The crown sought jail time and probation and offered a suspended sentence. Mr. Cohn was by my side every step of the way.Mr.Cohn made it perfectly clear to me that this will be an uphill battle. It was 6 witnesses against me. Mr. Cohn was very well prepared and discredited ALL of the crowns witnesses including the arresting officer. All the charges against me were dismissed. If you have found yourself in legal jeopardy, make sure that the only lawyer you call is Mr. Cohn.

This lawyer is by far the top criminal lawyer in Toronto maybe even in the country he has beaten every case for me and every case I send him for a friend.. if you can afford him, he really does care and knows how to use his resources.. hands down he is the only person I'd call if I was unfortunately in trouble

I was charged last year in York region for something ridiculous. The police didn't even investigate, they just took someone else's word over mine. David got me released. At pretrial, the crown offered a plea deal. It was all nonsense. It was still going to affect my life. David fought for me. He actually cared. Eventually the charges were withdrawn and I have my life back. The whole thing was a nightmare, but I was fortunate to have found a lawyer who not only took it seriously but also knew exactly how to vindicate me. I don't think someone without the experience and skill that he has could have gotten the same result.
