Marcus has been my legal representative in several cases and I have always felt well represented to say the least. He is extremely cool, calm and confident at all times. He presents well as far as he is well dressed and well spoken and he is always on time, sharp/well prepared to handle the matter at hand. He is definitely diplomatic, a great negotiator/deal maker. On several occasions he has been there for me on short notice, travelling to wherever I have needed him. I am immediately relieved upon his arrival in court because I know he will advocate on my behalf in a calm but precise manner. I have called him without any notice during a family law matter and my representative was blown away at the time, attention and expertise he provided on the spot. The family law rep remarked “ you won’t find many lawyers who will give you the that much time and assistance without any notice”. Marcus is no nonsense, smooth operator who you definitely want on your side of the courtroom.

Mr. Bornfreund is an amazing lawyer. He is very professional, confident and compassionate. This man has brought hope and comfort to my family during a very dark time in our lives. He is extremely smart and reassuring and I am thankful everyday that we found him to represent our son. Words truly cannot describe the gratitude and respect I have for Marcus for his support and encouragement. We were originally dealing with a different lawyer who was very difficult to deal with (did not keep his word, condescending, lack of communication, etc.). I have never had any of these issue with Marcus. I trust him with our lives!

The previous comments must be friends/associates of Marcus because I wouldn't trust this man to watch my dog. Marcus has brought no results to the table and has scammed both of my cousins out of 8k each before. This man and his secretary are a team of crooks and I suggest taking legal aid/representing yourself before you leave your fate in the hands of an incompetent crook.

He knows exactly what he is doing, he handled my case better than I ever expected, very confident and reassuring. I trust this man with my life, would definitely recommend him for any criminal cases. His secretary is also very helpful, never missed a call and always kept me up to date.

I'm was very satisfied in the way that Marcus represented me and handled my court case. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns and meet with me when requested. I would definitely refer Mr. Bornfreund to others
