As a legal aide -terrible. Big on promises, failed me in every respect. 1) Summoning witnesses - he should advertise his *condition*; won't summon witnesses unless he knows their answers in advance. 2) Photos? Pleaded with him to obtain photos of -and from- the crime scene. Sends an aide to snap a few from the street, utterly worthless - I find out just before trial. 3) Same with the judge's finding, I don't even know such a thing would be handed over to him, let alone 2 weeks before sentencing, but I'm only finding out the day before we're back in court? 4) Likewise with familiarizing himself with the case, he asks me to 'factualize' the case, when I submit it, he doesn't want it, it was just for me - in court, can't pick out conflicting statements/actions. 5) Tenacity? Failed to pose questions - claims he doesn't believe me that the second witness had been compromised -in the sentencing, we find out he was approached by the plaintiff. I now have to appeal the case.
