One of the best law help you can find in the GTA. Harval is truly a sharp lawyer who knows minute details and is present both mentally and physically when needed. He knows his stuff and guides you well on all aspects of the case and keeps his client updated at all times. He fights for you and can surely save you from whatever lies the other party has cooked up. Witnessed him in practice and became a fan for sure. If you have been in a situation God forbid, give Harval a call right from the beginning. There are so many legalities right from the start that you should always have some one like him watching your back. I was wronged and lied against by the opposing party and I consulted so many but he was the one to give me confidence that don't worry. This was what I needed at the time. I was charged with a DUI and was referred to Harval by a friend. Harval is an outstanding lawyer, he is always positive, reassuring and greatly knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel very comfortable, made sure all my questions were answered, and made sure I wasn’t hesitant about anything. I had a DUI case and the lawyer I Initially went with never showed up to court and was very Negative with her responses, Stating that she doubted we would win the case. I got Harvals’ number from my cousin, and my cousin raved about what a good lawyer Harval was and that he had won him a DUI case earlier that year. I met with Harval and he had a refreshing confidence about him that made me feel good about the case for the first time ever. He was very resourceful and punctual and I am very thankful I met him. He won my case and has actually helped a lot of my family with different cases, I would recommend him to anyone who wants an honest opinion and someone that never gives up.

Harval is very knowledgeable and expert in criminal charges. i had domestic violence charges. he is my lawyer. we won trial and all charges are gone. case is dismissed. Harval is outstanding. He defended my son when charged with over 80. We went to him at our lowest point, fearful & lost. From the 1st phone conversation Harval proved to be ethical, knowledgeable, & kind. He listens, gives solid advice, & is always available to answer questions. He knows the law & the court system. He has integrity & charges fairly. When another matter arose with a family member Harval guided us through the legal process but said we did not need to hire him unless things went south (which they didn't with his guidance). He made promises and sold himself very well, but once he got the money, he did nothing for my case. A good talker but does not deliver. He us a good salesman to sell you his services but buyer beware. Do you want a salesman or a lawyer?

This guy is absolutely amazing! He keeps you in the loop every step of the way, educates you on the different legal processes and possible outcomes and doesn't leave you in the dark. I have never been charged with anything prior nor had any experience going through the legal system but I leave this experience exceptionally satisfied. When I asked a friends on advice and who to call. He told me Harval Bassi and said it confidently and I would do the same if you ask me. I'll start off by saying He did an amazing job and got both charges dropped. His confidence, approach, knowledge of the specific details of the case and more importantly the fact that you can tell he really cares about your case. Before trial I had already thought he did a great job in the preparation and approach. During trial I always felt he had control of everything. It's a great feeling of confidence in a very vulnerable situation to know you have a great lawyer on your side. From begining to end Harval did a great job with communicating and staying on top of everything. Overall both charges were dropped and I can say with full confidence there is no one else I would have represent me.

I met harval 5 years ago through a mutual friend. From the first time we spoke, I knew Harval was the right counsel to retain. I had a few charges that I was facing in court at the time such as flight from police, dangerous driving, aggravated assault, obstructing, and breaches. After pointing out the vast discrepancies in the witness statements and preliminary hearing evidence, the assault charges were dropped 7 days before a 2 week jury trial. On the driving charges the crown was forced to withdraw on the day of trial due to the lack of evidence provided in the disclosure. If your thinking trial, Harval will get you the results you expect.

With putting my faith into his hands He had worked hard on building his argument for trial.As a client not knowing the court system like the back of my hand he was able to communicate well to myself and also was able to give me some light at the end of the tunnel. Mr Harval Bassi is one of the best attorneys at law I have ever met, I have hired Mr harval Bassi and 3 occasions two of them which were impaired driving, through Mr Bassi's knowledge I was able to keep clear of criminal charges and kept my license. I also had a breach charge which Mr Bassi got rid of asap, after all three of my cases I am 100% record free and have my license today.Mr Bassi really knows how to attack the law.
