Expensive, and had a "heartless" approach to dealing with me- did not show sympathy to me when I needed it. Also made mistakes, for example, told me that there is a mandatory minimum jail sentence for Internet luring back in the year 2009 when there was not, also told me that the only place that I could get a job is McDonald's, which was not true. Also was not present on the final day of court.
