When my husband and I hired Kathryn Fox, she was very promising with helping us with our civil case. When is comes to obtaining a client, the attorney sees dollars signs. Kathryn did mention that my husband and I made a mistake on our part, but encouraged this suit to go to a settlement hearing/trail because we had a right to suit for damages occurred by the defendent. Two days before the settlement hearing, Kathryn dropped the bomb stating the defendent has a right to collect money from me and my husband(planiffs). But Kathryn mentioned to write down a dollar amount owed for damages. When the settlement hearing took place, Kathryn stated we would not get one penny. Bottom line planiffs owed defendent. I'm sure Kathryn seen this coming a long time ago. She should have been honest with her client. But of course she seen a paying client.
