My sincere gratitude for the outstanding legal services Attorney Chiarelli provided. Her professionalism, expertise and dedication were truly invaluable. Tara accommodated appointments on weekends and after standard work times. Her flexibility was greatly appreciated. The fee I paid was well worth it, although my ex-husband's lack of cooperation and failure to follow court orders caused an inordinate amount of time and money to correct. She was calm when dealing with difficult opposing attorneys and their client. She was sure to obtain my approval on each step of my case in advance and patiently made sure I understood everything that was happening. Tara was referred to me for family law services by two friends, and I am so grateful to have worked with her. The decision to enter a child custody petition is overwhelming, however, the moment I first spoke with Tara, I immediately felt better about the process. Tara is exactly the type of lawyer one would want in any family related proceedings. She is extremely knowledgeable, unshakable and organized. She is firm but also ethical. The most rude and unprofessional lawyers I have ever had to work with. Her phone skills are non existent, she treats her staff like crap and her clients mean nothing to her. Stay away. You would have better luck finding a decent lawyer in the yellow pages.

Do not deal with her! She used my case as an ATM machine. Charged $30K in 3 months as a GAL and acted directly contrary to my children's therapist (of 10years) who said anyone who changes the custody of your children "should have their head examined!" Well, guess what Tara did! She also openly joked about "adding a wing to her home" based on my family's case. She's not competent enough to get her own clients, so she relies on the court to appoint her Guardian cases. Communicating with her was a nightmare since she has little or no technological skills. STAY AWAY!
