Run. Tony Bakaity couldn’t remember his own work. And despite having been paid by an estate-Tony Bakaity took money from my children’s trust fund. And Keith money that he was instructed by court order to give to me. Tony Bakaity knowingly prevented me from getting what was promised to me in another court order because he needed to muddy the waters and fudge the numbers to create confusion to hide his wrings disobeyed his own court order after adding “and legal fees” to the end of a sentence in a signed affidavit and paid more than what he wrote iin his court order. I was forced to well my house because of his errors and that revealed he put a 2nd mortgage on to collect $5000 from me -despite having been paid by the estate. Do not trust Tony Bakaity. It’s going to take years to sort out the mess he made. And I have to represent myself because more of his efforts to conceal his many wrongdoings the proceeds from selling my home are twithheld from me until I am 66 years old. Run.

I used MR. Bakaity to handle my child custody case that had been going on forever. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel like there was hope for a peaceful resolve. I am grateful for the service he and his staff provided me and will continously refer him to friends and family.

I was fairly satisfied with the service provide by Kania Lawyers until my real estate transaction. I turned to Kania Lawyers to look after the legal aspect of the deal. Tony Bakaity was the lawyer. It has been more than three months and I have never received any documents which I was supposed to get on closing. I started calling the office, e-mailing Mr Bakaity. My voice messages or e-mails where not responded to. My calls where not being put through. This is totally unacceptable! Since they got their money they do not care. At this moment I do not know what is the problem with my property, that they do not want to tell me about? I do not know if and when I am going to get some answers. I strongly recommend against using Kania Lawyers in any legal capacity

Represented me in an arbitration/mediation in which numerous serious errors where made by the Arbitrator. I had to hire another lawyer to remove the arbitrator and correct the absolute mess that Bakaity participated in. Stay away from him and Kania Lawyers.

Professional, felt like I was being looked after and overall pleased with his role as my lawyer. His secretary has also been very helpful along the way. I do recommend him to anyone.
