Paul T. Minerich is a horrible. He blocked me to visit my son and talk to my son over the phone without any legal base and without hearing. He violated my constitutional right of due process.

I was referred to him by a previous attorney that had to quit on me all of a sudden. Horrible, horrible experience and made an already stressful situation even worse. Poor communication and bullies the client. Does not listen and was ill prepared and was eaten alive by my ex and his attorney. Completely unprofessional. Could go on and on. Do not waste your time and money on this guy. Does not have client's best interest at heart. Total rip off! You will walk away worst off than when you started.

Where do I begin! What a horrible, horrible experience I had with this guy. He is old-school and really should retire. Not tech savvy, does not use sound case law and opposing council ate him alive. There were mistakes in my paperwork and I missed a court appearance because they put the wrong date on a document. He actually suggested that I lie in a document and not reveal the nature of my business and at that point I got too uncomfortable and tried to wrap up things with him quickly. He also complains a lot when he has to do any meaningful work. It was a painful experience.

Awful. Hired this guy for a family law case and my experience included poor communication, minimal effort and no added value of strategic insight. He also suggested that I cross the line ethically which being a church going person I could not do. He didn't want to settle before trial and wanted to promote costly litegation. I think overall he is winding down rather than keeping up to date on what is happening with family law.
