Click to report rating    12/20/13   1     1     1     1     1   The Attorney Grievance Commission under Mr. Agacinski usually refuses to investigate attorneys if a Request for Investigation (R/I) includes allegations of criminal behavior (i.e. embezzled checks, etc) or complicity by judges regarding the misrepresentations of attorneys. So if you want to get an attorney investigated, it is suggested, you keep the complaint to just misconduct as defined by the Rules of Professional Conduct. You can try going to the Prosecutor or Attorney General regarding criminal behavior, but the incestuous, legal industry cartel usually protects their own. The lack of accountability of the AGC/JTC and/or lack of consumer protection from attorneys and judges is rampant in Michigan and confirmed by the Center for Public Integrity which rated Michigan’s Judiciary an “F”. Victims of Michigan Attorneys and Judges, please become informed about the Citizens Grand Juries in Michigan to take your complaints about attorneys and judges. RID: 128769

Click to report rating    2/21/13   1     1     1     1     1   The most recent AGC statistics on the AGC web site are for the year 2009, now 3 years out of date. The year 2009 shows there were 2,861 Requests for Investigation. 1,939 were REJECTED for investigation. Of those investigated, there were 139 Admonishments, 38 Contractual probations, and 129 Approved for complaint. WHERE IS JUSTICE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION FOR THE 1,939 complainants whose complaints were swept under the rug? Is Robert Agacinski effective in protecting the public? http://www.agcmi.com/attach/2009repor... RID: 102642
