Clayton is NOT aggressive at all, often ill-health, and doesn't listen well nor understand your case completely. Incompetent in all aspects as a professional, but charges a steep fee. You DO NOT want him representing you in any case!

Only out for the money. Poor representation and when a settlement was offerred and his fees paid, he wanted to bail out! BEWARE! Appears he really needs money and doesn't look out for the clients best interest
