Victoria is absolutely worthless. She is inept and lazy. I wasted 4500.00 of this when I could have done a better job representing myself. If you are a male DO NOT under any circumstances retain this so-called attorney. Her law firm is a joke. I paid her for mediation and she barely said a word. She was unprepared and got stomped by my ex’s stupid lawyer. She should not be allowed to practice law in any way shape or form in the United States. Also, if you are in the military she acts like she knows everything. She is a disgrace

Victoria is knowledgeable but she IS NOT A FIGHTER. She charges $10K to go to trial and only told me that AFTER I had given her all of my money. She will work day and night for you, but when it comes time to roll up your sleeves and fight, she is not the person you want. If your case is simple or open and close, she's great. But if you need someone to guide you through the process and fight for you, look elsewhere. She told me at least 4 times she would not go to trial with me, no one should EVER hear their attorney say that, ever... Especially if they're charging you $200/hr.

Interesting, it appears as though my comments have been removed. If you have children stay away from this woman she is poison. Has no empathy for what kids go through in divorces. She's is just out to win at all costs and is totally all about money. She will send nasty emails if she doesn't get money the day the bill is issued. She's not from this county and is hard to understand and likewise treats the USA as a communist state.

Victoria helped me fight a protective order that was put in place by my ex weeks after I filed for divorce. After being in place for four years and having tried to fight it once before I was leery that we would win. When we went to court she was well prepared for everything and never backed down. She was worth every penny.

Horrible experience with. Paid 7k for absolutely nothing. initially told me that she could finish my case for a little over 2000 and hardly got started after seven thousand

Victoria has been my lawyer for quite a while now, first she handled my divorce and child custody. Not only did she handle this fairly and professionally, but was realistic and upfront with me from the begining. She was prepared for every single thing that was thrown at her and handled each instance with professionalisim. Once this business was concluded she was able to handle a family probate for me and again my experience was very good. I recommended her to another family member who was going through a divorce, and not only did she handle this case with the same professionalisim as she had with my two cases, she did manage to achieve a better than expected outcome for the person I recommended to her. Finally I had a discussion with her to see if her firm could handle some credit and collections work for my business. We entered into a retainer agreement and for the last three years I have been more than very pleased, she has collected some difficult accounts for me.

Do not hire this woman. Retained her "services" for my divorce. She is absolutely horrible! She is rude and unprofessional. She has horrendous writing skills with frequent misspellings. I think english might be a 2nd language for her and it shows. She should have taken more writing and english courses in college. She was terrible communicating. I paid her initial retainer which was quickly exhaused (one thing she does very well - bill the client). I said I'd pay her the next retainer which I did promplty the morning I said I would. Her receptionist forgot to process the payment so I received the following email from her - exact words from her email cut an pasted "before we can do any more work or I can file an Answer and Counterclaim in your case, please call Melanie TODAY with your credit card to pay the $1500 new retainer. Its imperative to file the Answer to avoid the default! Cannot do that without your funds!" I could go on but this lady is horrible. Do not retain her!
