rod vanier was of great support to me and my son. he was there for me threw the bad and the good times and always answered my question no matter what they were. and in the end they won the case for my son and I and I couldn't be happier

Rod was very professional and personable. He quickly ascertained what we wanted by asking the right questions, then offered excellent suggestions to obtain this in the most efficient and concise way. We left for 20 minutes, came back & signed appropriately and were finished.

100% useless lawyer. He doesn't care about his client. His assistant Erika Yang made some unprofessional mistakes that brought a lot of stress. He tried to cover her unprofessional job.He never admitted to her fault. His goal is withdrawing money from you as much as he could and it is absolutely without any control from your side. I don't recommend at all.

I was referred to the lawyer by my friend and I do think he was very helpful with my estate and real estate matters. He also helped my friends with tons of issues and get them done with high efficiency at a very fair rate. Per my experience, he is very knowledgeable and experienced in family law, real estate law and will and estates.

One of the worst lawyer i came across, had problems right after closing a house. Doesn't care about the clients and is not at all helpful instead cracks jokes on the situation i was going through.

This lawyer frustrated me time and again. He did not return calls and misled about his availability. His indifference to my concerns was appalling. He enjoys his little anecdotes which waste time and jack up his fees. His nameplate should have the subtitle "Arrogance Is Me, Empathy is Somebody Else". The competence is there but you have to squeeze and squeeze to get him to work for you. If you hire this guy, beware as you're headed for a bumpy ride.

Rod - did a very good job on my separation (many drafts to get me what i needed and strong negotiations with the other lawyer) all at a very fair rate. I personally know he is very knowledgeable in family law matters, and will and estates. I would recommend him to others for all you basic law needs.

100% useless. The guy NEVER answers the phone and absolutely will not call back under any circumstances. Leave a message or leave a hundred, he will not return the call. Rod failed in the drafting of my fathers will and has cost me thousands of dollars, he also refuses to be accountable for it. Obtaining probate for a deceased is a simple matter yet I've been waiting six months for conclusion to this basic matter. I would inquire with him as to what the holdup is, but like I said, he does not care to answer the phone or respond to basic requests.
