Ms Crance was appointed to me and my custody case. I made many attempts to meet with her before my court date to which she never reciprocated my communications. I have been waiting 3 months to have my custody agreement drawn up. After a few attempts to get in contact and figure out what was going on I decided to get in touch with the referee in my case only to find that she had moved to NYC. She NEVER made any attempt to inform me of her move or that my case would be passed on to someone else. This women is completely unprofessional and I recommend her to NO ONE.

I hired Rebecca to substitute an attorney in Syracuse that was making my case very conflicted and difficult. Rebecca is fantastic with her communication and to the best of my knowledge, she follows up on her promises to me. She responds to texts, emails, phone calls, and takes immediate action. Further, she works very well with the attorney representing my spouse. She is clearly interested in making this unfortunate situation as fast, painless, and amicable as one could hope. Not only for me, but for my estranged spouse and our child. The bottom line is that I trust her, and I'm coming from an attorney that I had such little faith in that I had considered foregoing attorneys altogether. I'm increasingly pleased with my choice to retain her services.
