Over rates his capability, and performance. Poorly organized and a bit lazy. Inexperience shows - despite his reasonable knowledge of the laws. Too arrogant for his experience and performance. Better suited for legal research and background work and not as a lead lawyer handling a case - especially somewhat contentious cases. Not a good value overall. Not good in court. Was not well prepared for my case and was not able to correct course.

He got the job done and kept everyone sane, civil, and on track, which meant we didn't have to go to court, which also meant legal costs were kept low. My ex and I came to an agreement we were both ok with, we were both able to get on with our lives with minimal inconvenience, and we are are now getting along just fine after the divorce, which is critical if you have children. I can't comment on Jesse's court skills because he made it relatively easy for us to come to an agreement out of court. Young guy, but smart, knowledgable, and easy to talk with. Happy to recommend him.
