Attorney Singletary filled us with confidence at our free consultation promising everything, the strangest thing is that they work out of a house you have to get on your knees to talk to them thru a small window she has paperwork pilled to the ceiling on the floor the Secretary is was not accurate and can not remember most of what you ask her we felt good at the time and went forward retaining her with a 200 dollar retainer, We made 3 phone calls the first week, and she stated that we were calling to much we found that strange. Upon trying to make an appointment with them it was difficult we cancelled the appointment, asked them three times during a week to call us never got a return call, went in to the office to ask for my retainer and that we felt that she was to overloaded and did not have time to help us with our bankruptcy, they stated they would not return retainer and i was on my own. It was probably the best 200.00 i ever lost, please avoid this company .
