There is some serious competency issues with this lawyer. he presents as friendly enough (if you can get past his inappropriate sense of humor) but he is not competent.

George Ulyatt is honest good lawyer. He always give good advice and help with everything what we need to be dan. In case my son injury he did good job and like corporate lawyer.

Trust me, I hired this lawyer back in 2011, and he did nothing but stall proceedings for a simple "Non Common Law" case that went 4 years. Filed a complaint to the Winnipeg law society who found he was fit to be put under investigation, but dropped the case on the advice of my new lawyer. Was able to reduce my bill but I wanted nothing more than to have him charged. Time to retire George and hope you feel some form of guilt for all the clients you ripped off over the years for your own financial benefit.

George went to mom's house with one dishonest sibling (all other 5 siblings did not know about this) and got her (mom) to sign a new handwritten Will which was prepared by that one sibling when she had no idea what she was signing and had no legal representative. George was asked to attend as per the one dishonest sibling. Nobody else knew about it. Mom and Dad passed away and it's been in the law courts for 8yrs. George should be disbarred.

Mr. Ulyatt has memory problems. He forgets to file documents in court, repeatedly asks the same questions and does not come to court prepared. He also has serious problems with his hearing. He does not follow instructions at all and is very unorganized. Have his fees audited. It is also embarrassing to see him berated by a judge and opposing counsel.

Don't waste your time with this Lawyer. Seriously. Before you know it, years will have gone by and you will have spent thousands of dollars for nothing. You will also be repulsed by the lack of time he spends on his appearance. Nose hairs and yellow teeth. So unprofessional.
