He is and has handled a case for me. He was thorough, his assistant at the time not very good. Another lawyer botched the case, it was a nasty slip and fall. The other side wanted me to accept a ridiculous settlement. This slip and fall left me unable to work, sleep, household duties, etc. He stepped in and my settlement increased dramatically. I found him to tell the truth even if I didn't like what he was saying.

Mr. Dudelzak is opposing counsel in my divorce which I know likely biases things. However, his work is sloppy, his language imprecise. Any order or document that he drafts must be redone by my attorney at my cost as it is nearly incomprehensible. I have worked with many opposing counsel that strive to find a solution with our party and it involves compromise. I find with Mr. Dudelzak, that he is only interested in his clients interests, not in those of a mutually beneficial outcome especially as it relates to the children. He has scheduled numerous meetings for joint discussions and cancels at the last minute throwing things into turmoil Untimely response. I am also aware of a sanction in 2019 for unethical behaviour by the Law Society of Alberta. A search will demonstrate the reasons and it is typical to my experience.

Richard Dudelzak - connected son-in-Law to Judge Moshansky - conspired with his client to "purchase" all rights to my five-year-old daughter, by fabricating an emergent situation which did not exist. My daughter recently came to me - begging for my help - and advised what the new step-father had done to her at age six, once she was beyond my protection. The step-father died prematurely this week...my actions killed him. Richard Dudelzak and Paul Kazakoff - who was a co-conspirator - must also pay - with their lives, and the lives of their families - if needs be.

Mr. Dudelzac was referred to me by a friend who was going through a divorce. I was on the other side of the world working and had a serious family issue with my parents. They felt they had the right of access and to parent my children. They were emotionally abusive at times, controlling and felt that their "Grandparent's Rights" gave them unrestricted access. Mine and my wife's refusal to allow this behavior and their refusal to discuss the matter led to the issue being dealt with in the legal system. Mr. Dudelzac tried to be pragmatic and negotiate a fair arrangement and when that was not successful, utilized his skills to enforce our role as the parents. In the end, he was able to get a temporary EPO extended until my children are 18 years of age. He took my case via email, communication was excellent as was the speed at which he got the job done. He has a reputation of being a pitbull and is expensive but worth every penny in my opinion. Thank-you Richard

He has addictions and is very sloppy with his work. Uses a special handwritng 'code' so his notes are not readily understood. Has his staff 'load' the files but never does any work on them himself. Has family trust fund and advised me once he needed something to do for 20 years when he was finished school so he choose law. He advised me he makes more money on stockmarket and in 2007 made a million there,,,,,,,,,,,he wont look after you - go somewhere else. His QC means he is connected not for his ability
