Wyatt Robert's,(having benefitted from the mastery of his boss Kenny Hensley), was overconfident in his ability. Hence the average rating - his knowledge was inhibited by cockiness. He told our witnesses to wait outside the courtroom prior to the preceedings, but FORGOT!..to object to the presence of witnesses for the plantiff. Hence the very poor commo rating - this allowed the Plantiff's witnesses to cooberate their testimonies. His arguements for objecting to unrelevent testimony was overturned 80% of the time, although he knew his objections had merit and legal statute,but I feel he gave up too easy when arguing them. I had video evidence and multitudes of additional evidence that HE didn't even bring to court. Hence the very poor Work Quality rating- he supeanaed a security tape that could have refutted the Plantiff's testimony, but had no intention of showing it as evidence, bc he couldn't "get it to play". $1250.00 for his "representation"? Hence the "VERY POOR" rating!!
