We have used Mr. Neilsen's services for a number of real estate deals and have recomended him to both family and friends. He is professional and easy to talk to which isn't common. He is always willing to answer questions even after hours. We will always come back to Brady!

We hired him to represent us in a simple property line dispute.He didn’t do anything he said he was going to do. He never returned calls or emails. The delays cost us time and money, and in the end we had to hire another lawyer . Still waiting for our paperwork to be returned to us after asking for it repeatedly. Truly the worst example of the profession.

We had the opportunity to deal with Mr. Nielsen to buy our home. As a first time home buyer, he took the time to explain everything to us and gave us all the tips and trick required to make the process soooo easy!!! I would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing lawyer and would use his service again!

I loved working with Mr. Nielsen. I hired him after he was recommended to me by a colleague. He took the time to explain the process from start to finish to me and answer all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole transaction seem easy. I would not hesitate to hire him for all my future needs. He goes above and beyond for his clients and fights for their interest. I highly recommend him.

I just closed my second mortgage and Mr Nielsen was my lawyer. He goes beyond his work. He is an amusing person.He is understanding, patient and caring for his clients. For him, money doesn't come first, what comes first, is client's satisfaction and he makes sure, a client gets help he (she) needs. Thanks Nielsen

The absolute worst. Misrepresents and overcharges, not to mention verbally abusive, disrespectful and dishonest. In my 20 yrs of dealing with lawyers, the absolute worst! Had to report him to the Law Society. Please beware and do not go anywhere near him. Clients almost lost a property due to his greed and utter ignorance.

After reaching out to Mr. Nielsen, in regards to our mortgage needs, he got back to me right away. I had plenty of questions and he took the time to answer them all. I have been fortunate to use Brady's services several times for real estate transactions over the past five years. He is professional, timely and organized. I found he provided more information and detail on the process than two other real estate lawyers I have used previously. I have also asked him real estate questions prior to a transaction and he answered promptly and accurately and at no charge. I find his service excellent. I have recommended Brady to friends who have also been very pleased with his services.

I have dealt with a few real estate lawyers in the past and Brady was by far the best I've ever had! He is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer any of my questions or issues at any time of the day, even over the weekend.I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism Brady Nielsen offered me. Working with this lawyer was a nightmare. He came highly recommended by a family member and we we're very disappointed at the priority and urgency that was ignored throughout the closing process of our home. he was seldom never available by email or phone and because of his ignorance and unprofessionalism, our closing date went two days past. We will definitely not be recommending him to anyone.

The basis of my rating refers to my overall experience with purchasing a property through Brady's expertise. He was very knowledgeable and had patiently guided me through each step. The communication was excellent as he was always reachable and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
