When Ms Fuller is SUPPOSED to be representing a defendant during a volunteer (court appointed) status at the Clayton County Jail, everything she claims is important is no longer a priority. If you're not a PAYING defendant (client) you are not a priority and assumed guilty because you can't afford an attorney. And your family will be dodged and ignored in the courtroom. I personally had to chase her to the elevators just to be shrugged off. She wouldn't even stop for a couple of minutes to talk to us.
Ms. Fuller isn't someone I would pay to represent me, EVER !!!
I wasn't surprised when I was told she has a mugshot of her own. This public defender is more like a public pretender.

Marcia Fuller lied to us about being competent enough to help us. She pretended to care until she had taken thousands of dollars of our money. She took our money and never lifted a finger to help. It became obvious she was broke and just took our case because she needed the cash. We do not know what to do to get our money back.

We were so disappointed. She chased our dollars and once we paid her, she literally did nothing, absolutely nothing. She does not even communicate or meet with us as clients. She took our money with no intent do nothing for us. We threw money away on this one.
