There is poor communication at this firm. They pretend to work for you when in fact they do nothing. They never return phone calls and its impossible to get a call back. A lawyers job is to work for you.. Answer and questions you may have and actually do their job. At this firm trying to get a case settled is next to impossible. You have a better shot at winning the lottery. They don't do their job.
