Arrogant, rude, manipulative and deceptive to put it mildly. Should have looked at the yelp and researched her on the Florida Bar. She had multiple complaints. Do your research first wished I did!! To many problems here to discuss just do yourself a favor and pass this one over you will be happier!! Just saw the review below me true, true, true...Sent my complaint to the bar this morning see what happens.

DO NOT RETAIN THIS LAWYER! Unethical and incompetent. Only priority is your money but yet can't ever come up with a summary of charges or invoice. She holds information you paid for hostage and threatens to withdraw if you don't pay her. That is until you threaten to file a complaint with the FL Bar then she bothers to respond with vague and inaccurate responses. My case involved domestic violence and she couldn't even bother to show up at my Injunction Hearing. If there was a rating below bad, I would have chosen that.

I too was mislead by Shazia Sparkman I seen her in hopes of her helping me file for contempt on my ex husband. She was so nice at first told me of how she could help me all I needed to do was pay her $7,000. I payed the money after that all I received was emails saying how she was "researching" my case nothing was ever filed when asked about it she said she was still working in it. No calls were ever returned only copy and pasted email responses. After months of nothing being done I told her I wanted to leave she then said she'd be happy to give me back what I was owed she sent me a check for $100! I lost time, money, and respect! I also had to find a new lawyer who said her information was inaccurate. I filed a complaint with the Florida bar in hopes that this never happens to anyone else.
