Mr. Herbert helped me through my financial troubles. He listened to me and helped me resolve a tax debt of over $15,000. I was also behind on my mortgage and he stopped a pending foreclosure. I owed over $50,000 from a repossessed car, credit cards and medical bills. I came in for a free consultation just to see if I had any options. He suggested I file a debt consolidation bankruptcy where all my debt was wrapped up into one monthly payment. It was way lower than what I had been paying each month. The plan took me 4 years of making payments. When I finished the tax debt was gone; the $50,000 of other debt was wiped out; and I had caught back up on my home loan. My payment was based on what I could afford, not on what my creditors were demanding from me. I only ended up paying 8 cents on the dollar (not counting my house). I got my life back. Mr Herbert and his staff were friendly, and explained everything without making me feel dumb. I would recommend them to anyone.
