I read the reviews and I am surprised about some feedback. She was fantastic, I not only had a divorce to settle , a house to sell and settle but also I was getting remarried. She was efficient, timely, pro active, and her communication skills were great. She moved my divorce fast and quickly so I could get married again, and made it under the wire. I would highly recommend her. Her abilities as a lawyer are phenomenal.

I went to Danielle 6 years ago, it was a straightforward divorce, we knew what we wanted yet she managed to charge me over $5000 for who knows what as I am still not divorced, none of the paperwork was filed properly, she wasted time at meetings when both her and the other lawyer were not prepared (I sat and waited) yet I was charged for this time. I apparently was to pay for the separation agreement and him for the divorce. I was never asked this, only told this and I am still not divorced. I had to constantly follow up while she charged me. I would NOT recommend her, her pockets are more important!!

I refer many people to Danielle. She has a beautiful little office and wonderful support staff. She gives excellent and practical advice. No one wants to have to deal with lawyers, especially in family situations. But if you do, you will be better off using someone like Danielle. Go see her!!! You will not be disappointed.

Always fair. Very understanding. Made sure I understood exactly what was going on. Always looked for ways to keep cost down and suggested I do things on my own to save from costing me money because she was doing it. Gave me the worst and best case, and gave me her advice but allowede to make to decision on where to take my case. Recommend this lawyer to ALL. I'm very happy with her work.

I am surprised to read the negative reviews here, which all seem to be posted by the same person who doesn't even sound like a client of Danielle's. Likely an ex. Danielle has been fair with her fees (often giving me a break when I couldn't afford it) and her advice has centred around what is best for my kids and how to keep costs down as much as possible. I have observed her to work very well with various other lawyers (my ex has had many). Danielle tried her hardest to help me reach a settlement, but unfortunately I still ended up in court where Danielle's advice was confirmed by the Judge as being reasonable. I have recommended Danielle to friends, who are also happy with her services (and the cost).

If you have money to burn, hire Danielle Fraser. She only has herself in mind and not her clients. She will drag issues on as this benefits her bank account. There are other lawyers out there that care, don't hire her!

When you go on her website this is the first thing you see: Our ultimate goal is to assist our clients in obtaining fair, just, equitable and cost-effective resolutions of their domestic issues in a way that preserves the integrity of the people and families involved. Since the start of my separation, she has ended up costing all involved more money then should of been spent. Also, because of her, there is so much tension and hate between us, which is and always will affect our children. Integrity, I don't think so. She really did a great job making these proceedings go smoothly.

I had an emergency situation and Danielle helped me. She was able to get my child back to me within 1 week. Quick with the appointments, called on Monday, was in Tuesday, filed documents Thursday, had court on Monday and got my child back. She listens carefully and explains where things are not clear. Always willing to listen. Very professional and sharp. Returns emails same day. Keeps her word. Definitely worth her fees. Definitely recommend her as a lawyer.

Fair, up front, does not sugar coat things, and gave me black and white assessments of what she sees being in my best interest! What a relief compared to what I was expecting in dealing with a lawyer. Caring and always concerned about the directions things were taking when my children became a concern. She did not allow any game playing when my ex became miserable to deal with. Excellent at her job and took the time to ensure i was on board and up to date.

Danielle was honest and down to earth from our first meeting. She explained each step througout the proceeding, and I could tell she was looking out for my best interests. She kept things moving as quickly as she could, despite my ex! As a professional myself I appreciated Danielle's knowledge and fairness. I also appreciated the prompt and thorough communications from her office, which is unusual and refreshing for a lawyer. I would recommend her for anyone going through a family issue.

Danielle seemed like a straight talker and seemed to know her stuff. As a male client she proposed a settlement that was way too generous for my ex, luckily my greedy ex refused. She also failed to respond to a petition to divorce that has left me exposed and vunerable. If the basics aren't being by lawyer whats the point of engaging one???
