hire Eric Krisher at your own risk. I experienced what others we saying, especially about just wanting your money. He is a terrible lawyer and didn't know the law for my case. If I can help just one person - please: find a different lawyer. He will lie to you just as he did to us. Often the results on a faceless website are meaningless, but please - consider a different lawyer. Further, check out his history - he seems to jump from firm to firm

Me Eric Kirshner is more than an attorney, he is a great counsellor, a good listener, and his experience is paramount amid difficult times. He’s taking his cases very seriously and will make the best to make things move forward. For over a year and a half on a complex case, he was instrumental in guiding me for the right things to do. Eric excels in court, where he’s clearly in his element, debating as ardently as it was for himself.

Eric is a fantastic Lawyer. He has a lot on his plate and although he may seem distracted at times, he does treat his clients personally and knows exactly how to help. He will be there for you when it counts. Eric has an in depth knowledge of the divorce laws in place. He is also great with people, personality differences and conflict, especially when it comes to something as difficult as divorce. He is a master in court and knows exactly what he is talking about. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in this difficult situation.

I am in the same boat as the previous folks that rate Eric very poorly. I was embarrassed by how little he knew, how ill prepared he was and how the other lawyer made him look like a failing law student. Thanks to Eric and his inability to present and argue our side of the story, we got hammered. But that didn't bother him, he just wanted to make sure that he was compensated. What an MASSIVE embarrassment to the law profession... do NOT him this phony...you will lose.

My experience with representation by Maitre Kirshner was first-rate. Divorce is ridiculously hard and this lawyer kept me sane and counselled with the health of my family in mind. He made certain I understood the issues and the ramifications of any decision I was considering. He made himself very available, informed me when he would be less available, and went the extra mile if there was a crisis. I would recommend Maitre Eric Kirshner and his firm to my friends and family. As a lawyer, he has the passion and the expertise to get things done quickly and efficiently. As a person, he has the kindness and understanding to make a difficult process less horrible. As for the support staff with his firm, they were on the ball, professional, helpful and quick. Grateful to have had this man and his team behind me.

Me. Kirshner represented me recently during my custody trial. My file is a complicated one and he took it on seamlessly. He has a wealth of knowledge of family law and counseled me honestly and fairly while always maintaining my best interests at the forefront of all decisions. He was always available to answer my calls (and there were many!), and he demonstrated true empathy and understanding of my situation. He is defiantly a lawyer to keep on retainer if you are involved in a litigious relationship with an ex-spouse and I would cetainly recommend Me Kirshner to anyone seeking a reputable, responsible, tenacious lawyer with a mastery of family / divorce law.

If you hire this one, you better be ready to tell him exactly what to do and how. I agree, that he has Poor knowledge of the law! The "positive" feedback on here must be FAKE, because it is NOT possible, that someone can be "sooo good" in one file, but be actually completely unprepared and incompetent in ALL THE REST! From my experience with this so called "lawyer", Kirchner talks allot, but delivers very little! If you are ready to throw your money away on a loosing horse, then pick Kirshner! If you want to have a competent lawyer, then stay away from this one! Eric Kirshner is NO GOOD!

Eric is a great talker, his knowledge of the issues is poor. In many circumstances I knew more than him. Money is what drives him. His preparation for the trial was very poor. Judge reprimanded him on numerous occasions. I knew I was in trouble when this happened. Stay away

Eric is a great lawyer - he is an empathetic listener, quick in response to phone calls and email communications, and has an excellent understanding of the issues of family law. Rates very reasonable and fair. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a family lawyer!

Eric has represented me and is my counsel since 1993, almost 25 years now. Through the years my needs have changed but Eric had always provided guidance and shared his knowledge and wisdom when I called him. Many times has he recommended to me not to pursue a case, not to give him money, or has simply referred me to another counsel as he was not be best suited for my needs. I ask: is this the behavior of a person that only has an interest in money? When I met Eric, it was a very difficult time for me. I was washed-out and depressed from a divorce gone horribly bad. I was broke and I needed representation to defend my son’s rights, then 3 years of age. I could not afford a lawyer and I was referred to an organization called Head & Hands where Eric was giving free consultation to people in my situation. He later represented me, for a fee, but for way less that the lawyers I had hired previously without avail. I recommend Eric without hesitation, you are in good hands.

I want to share my experience as I feel some of these other 'reviews' may be prejudicial.
At our first meeting Eric listened to my situation, patiently answered all my questions, and proposed a plan of action. His calm demeanour trumped my emotions, and, in retrospect, he played it perfectly.
Family law is very complex, and I am thankful for the experience he possesses. He always spoke the truth to me, and was not afraid to tell me 'NO'. I wasn't just a client; we were a team.
Phone calls were returned at all hours, and the same with emails. Eric did not overcharge me and was VERY reasonable when invoicing for his time.
Yes, I strongly recommend his services for those that know what to expect when dealing with a lawyer.

The WORST! Unprepared and I agree that this one only cares about the money in his pocket! Does not care about his client - Stretching procedures, loosing my time with Blah Blah Blah! DONE NOTHING GOOD FOR ME nor to advance the file! STAY AWAY FROM YHIS ONE OR YOU WILL PAY ALLOT AND REGRET IT! This is not a lawyer - this is a scam! The whole office is that way too! All I can say is do your research for a better lawyer that this one!

Poor knowldege of the law, boggs himself down in detail, got creemed in court, didn't understand procedures, looked like a fool against an inferior attorney, more concerned about money than my case. Stay away from him
