I have nothing but good things to say and have recommended Marcel to anyone looking for a lawyer. He is practical, explains all potential outcomes and will also tell you when perhaps you aren't being reasonable. He's level headed and doesn't engage in pointless back and forth arguments with my ex's lawyer which in turn reduces costs. If you want someone who knows the law and takes a very factual approach you should schedule a consultation.

I know this guy, and it really depends on who you are and who you want to screw over. He has his own agenda, that is very clear. He doesn't like women unless there is something in it for him. He is also a manic depressed individual......his moods are bad if it isn't football season. Pass this one by.

I ended up needing a lawyer a few year back to settle a custody arrangement for my daughter and it was one of the scariest situations I've had to go through. I have never needed a lawyer prior so that too was very overwhelming and intimidating. I had originally gone to see a very well known family lawyer but was unable to use him as my ex had used him in the past and the first person he insisted I see was Marcel. Having no experience I trusted this man's advice and it was the best decision I made. Marcel was very professional, kind and patient. There was never any doubt about his knowledge and professionalism every step of the way. I also know that he could have charged me way more than he did. But he was very fair there as well. Marcel is a very good and kind lawyer with a heart of gold. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a GREAT lawyer. Legal proceedings are not easy for anyone and Marcel is a great choice to have on your side. Thank you Marcel for everything you've done.

Marcel helped me after another lawyer messed my case up pretty bad. My lawyer previously advised me to settle for things I def should not have taking away my rights and costing me money and time with my daughter. Marcel set it straight quickly for me and helped me get the rights I had as a father back and for a very fair price. Very satisfied. I will use him again if need be. He is a good person and fights for what is right and fair and will advise appropriately and what is worth fighting for or not

Marcel did a great job as my lawyer enabling me to maintain an excellent relationship with my daughter in what was gearing up initially as an ugly custody fight. You saved what was left of my family and presumably many thousands of dollars in legal battle fees as well. Kudos to a job well done Marcel, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Five Stars!

Always search who is writing these good ratings! Marcel does not follow the law based on evidence and drags things on and on.....my advice is to run! Giving clients a false sense of security! Run!!

It was a mistake hiring him from day 1. Research his personal background, unfortunately I didn't read it until I already hired him. Don't hire him. He wants you to go along with whatever the other side wants, and uses fear tactics to try to scare you into making decisions. It has been several years and no results to date, even for a simple process. Find another lawyer who is willing to fight for your position in an efficient and effective manner.

Worst Lawyer ever. If you want your divorce to drag on forever(we are talking years and years), and cost you thousands while gaining nothing, he is the man for you. His bankruptcy is a matter of public record freely available only a couple of headings down from this Google search. Do your research, please read and learn before retaining.

Very receptive, calming and available when you need him. You could blow tens of thousands of dollars on all the other overpriced lawyers our there or get the maximum about of help for your hard earned dollar from Marcel. The law is the law and he knows it well.

I am in an ongoing case, Marcel is my lawyer. Even though we haven't settled yet, I can honestly say Marcel is wonderful. He is very calm, cool and collected. He never loses sight of the big picture. He is certainly not out to gouge his clients, in fact he will talk you into ways to keep your costs down. He is caring, empathetic, and extremely hard working. He is always quick to respond to my concerns, now matter how minor or frequent. This man is truly an angel among demons.

New to the system. Rather than tell me he was over his head and recommend a senior partner when I asked him to be more aggressive, he dropped me. Not what you need from a lawyer who will need to be tough in court.
