Demetrius Kotsakis is a scam artist. He will take the retainer and disappear. He will not answer your calls, he will not attend your court dates.

Mr. Kotsakis is incredibly unprofessional and has been practicing without a license for years according to the Law Society Tribunal. We paid him a fee of $1400 to close our real estate deal, however at the time, his law license was suspended, which resulted in us scrambling to get another lawyer and paying another fee. Mr. Kotsakis avoided our calls after and never paid us back our money.
