I lost my home to foreclosure because I was naive and trusted this man! he does not communicate except when it is time to pay. His staff is rude and demoralizing. He is unethical, he gave me 2 days notice of my final hearing. When I ordered a copy of my case, there were only two sheets of paper that he filed on my behalf and they were only forms stating he was representing me! He did nothing but collect my money and in the end, I was better off pro-se! He is slow to respond to your inquiries and he only sends emails, no calls! so if you are awau from your computer, you will not know. BEWARE, he also owns a title company which after finding this out, I wonder whos side he is really on!
