I'm not sure why my previous review from 4/20 was removed, anyhow, I standby me review of this being an awful attorney. We had to get the state involved in order to get him to take action on our case. He does not take initiative to perform and practices ridiculous stall tactics. Our case has been stalled for almost a year and we still don't have resolution even though there is no dispute as to the terms of agreement. Most of the stalling issues pertain to mistakes he made, such as forgetting to sign paperwork for the court or not realizing the paperwork was sitting on his desk. I would recommend avoiding this guy unless you enjoy getting the runaround by an attorney. In that case, I would recommend simply watching Better Call Saul.

Mr. Kubiak has been my attorney for several years and has always representative my family's interests with the best legal defense possible. I have and will always recommend the Kubiak attorneys to anyone and everyone I know that are in need of a knowledgeable and reliable attorney. Also I find the fees to be very reasonable.

he did NOTHING for us i hired john in mid nov 2011 and had paid him 500 every month till i was about 4000 dollars into my payments to come to find out he hadnt even submitted his entry as our lawyer untill january and already made 3 payments. he never showed up to appointments he made and i was the one had to set a court date cuz he was procrastinating,i literally called the judge myself... he did not do 4000 worth of work and i truly feel bad for anyone who hires him or his brother simon...
