I would highly recommend Mr. Sperry and his support staff. They were all very helpful easing my concerns. Mr. Sperry was very patient in explaining over and over to me the process. Worked with being able to pay his fees. Met me after work hours was very accommodating to my own schedule.

Totally disappointed in the lack of knowledge Mr. Sperry displayed in my petition for chapter 7 bankruptcy. He failed to inform us of our options correctly, thus leading to the Trustee demanding our only vehicle be relinquished to the estate. Mr. Sperry also gave inaccurate information in regards to our tax refunds for the following year. He informed us the first time "that the Trustee would not pursue our future return for the next year". Then we were told "if the court pursues, they would only be entitled to 20% of our return". Unfortunately Mr. Sperry was wrong. The Trustee (unknowingly to us),intercepted and then confiscated our entire tax return. The Trustee then kept over 36% of our return. We couldnt even get a returned call from Mr. Sperry during this time. When we finally were able to speak with him he had no explanation, nor did he ever call us back after he said, "Ill get with the Trustee to find out the details". I truly believe that Mr. Sperry helped benefit the Tr
