She is now at Jones Day. She is incompetent, is a poor communicator and over bills. I had to hire a new lawyer to clean up the mess she left me when I had to fire her.

This lawyer appears to be very unethical. She appears not to know the law or if she does encourages her narccistic clients to do bad things especially when there is children involved.Be very careful of lawyers who only look to take your money and does not care that children's lives are being ruined. She condones bad behaviour in her clients and DOES NOT CARE!!!Even when it is clear they are breaking court orders and the law!!

I went to KMD Law after my 1st lawyer had a health issues and could not continue my case. I signed with a senior lawyer (Laurie Stephen) who told me she had time - she didn't and passed me to a junior lawyer! All I needed was to finalize a child support order & have a separation agreement done & signed. My previous lawyer had a court date set. Cindy talked me out of this court date and said things could be resolved just through her. 2 years and $9000 later I still have nothing done. I continually paid for her time to consult other lawyers about things because she did not know the law, and on occasion had to inform her myself. She does not know what she's doing and charges for every little thing, even if its to educate herself, on your dime. On 1 occasion she even had her collegue call me and ask what my settlement would be if won so I could pay more! He had me in tears!So I have just fired her and would not recommend anyone use this firm!! Extremely unprofessional!!
