This is one of the "REAL" ticket fixers in this town. My whole family has used them with the best results you could expect. I didn't have to make ANY follow up calls. I was notified by them. I personally have used them three times and have recommended them to others who have had the same results. They seem to have a very busy office but must be running it efficiently or I wouldn't have had good results. By the way, they didn't call me, I called them---beware of the ones who call you for your business (and your money).
