Susan Adair is top notch! She represented me as a Grandparent /Guardian and also represented my son. The end result my son was awarded custody. Susan is all about the Children and their best interest. Susan is very professional and you will see her knowledge, passion and the fighter come out inside the court room. Susan is also very well respected by her peers in the community. When I made calls to check references before my selection of who I wanted to represent us. I had one peer say it was never good to be on the other side of the court room with Susan as she is tough to beat.

I can not say enough good about Sue Adair. A few years back she handled a divorce case for my son. She gave me a fee for her services and that is exactly what I paid. It was well with in the range of other attorneys. she was prepared in court and brought the case to a successful end. In 2017 I needed to adopt my grandchild. Sue had done a great job for me in the past so I chose to use her again. Again her price was fair and with in the expected range. She clearly explained the process and within a short time she terminated parental rights, and I was able to adopt. It was a wonderful day when she went through the process of swearing me in and going through the motions to adopt my granddaughter. It was very important to Sue that this child was protected and in a safe home. I also can not say enough about Tonya!! If sue was unavailable Tonya had the answers or would find out for you and promptly call me back. They are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone.

I agree with all the other negative reviews about this attorney. I had the same experience with her. She talked a big talk, but she did not follow through. If you hire her, you will need to basically harrass her to get her work done. She became hostile toward me when I expected her to follow through on what she said she would do. My advice, don't hire her.

Disorganized, lies to you, doesn't follow through with anything, embarrassingly never prepared, and robs you blind while dragging out your case. She should be disbarred for praying upon the weak in your most desperate time of need and your at her mercy. She will sell you a line of promises and never reliever. You will be humiliated by her lack of preparation and she will admittedly tell you she's never prepared upon arrival when you need her the most for depositions and court. Sadly, she bills you as though you were her full time job. I can't believe she hasn't been disbarred. She doesn't return your calls after she has your money then wants more. She filed motions and doesn't follow through with them constantly and she makes errors and does everything last minute and will ask for extended deadlines constantly. I'm humiliated by her lack of professionalism, lack of follow through, and horrible work. Her work ethic is nonexistent as is her concern for her clients. Run from her.

I paid her $2000 retainer for divorce. She broke the contract because she got "home cooked" (her words) by the judge and my husband's attorney. She didn't want to continue, so tried to make it look like I was uncooperative with her so the judge would let her withdrawal. She was working more for my husband than me. She dismissed the motion my previous attorney filed, then called me a liar and said I agreed to it. She left me high and dry in court and I almost got thrown in jail for contempt of court. She did very little work and then came up with a big bill to offset retainer. Told me she would give me a refund but haven't seen a penny yet. I am also filing a bar complaint, so check her record first.

I paid Sue Adair a retainer fee at the beginning of the divorce case. When we settled, she told me there was no balance due. A couple of months later, I thought I might need her assistance again. She told me there would be another retainer which I paid but told her to hold until the next day when I would find out if I needed her help. I called and told her the issue was OK and to tear up the check. A few weeks later I saw that she had cashed the check. I asked her for the money and she promised she would return it to me but for 3 months she never did. She came up with another bill and told me she applied the money to the made-up bill. I have filed a bar complaint for misuse of client funds. DO NOT give this woman any money! She will rob you.

I just love sue and tonya! If due wasn't available tonya always listened and conveyed to sue my concerns. The both worked super hard to help me. Although, I didn't get everything I wanted, I got more than I think I would have had I had another attorney. My ex husband is a great dad, but sue still made him look Like a pile of poo so I didn't have to have joint custody. I can't imagine what she could do if your soon to be ex husband was a pile of poo!

This attorney had a good sales pitch but totally gave me bad advice on a divorce and then filed an forgot she filed. I had to do most of the commuication or I thing her secretary does most of her work. She took all money and I do plan reporting her to the bar!!! DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!!!

This lady will take your money and run. It took us a year and a half to finalize our divorce and we had very little to dispute. I downloaded the paperwork to turn her into the Bar Assoc. and wish I had turned it in. She gives lawyers a bad name!

Extremly non responsive, waste a lot of her client time and money by done nothing. I would not recommend her. She would rather keep the case in high conflic to drag out the process and bill hours than find solutions.

she is a poor excuse for a attorney!!!! she took two thousand dollars from me and talked tough while I was giving her a couple thousand dollars to represent me in a divorce, but once the money was in her hands thats the last time I heard from her. she never returned any of my calls. My ex husband (husband at the time)found a attorney in moore who represented him for free (if he would put in a sprikler system)he got the divorce granted and I lost everything!!! DONT USE HER TRUST ME ITS FROM EXPERIENCE. I wish there was a 00000 also. She is not worth a 1!

Wow what to say? First off I got the exact results I wanted and was promised from Susan in court. She didn't try to tell me what I wanted to hear like most lawyers will do to get your money. She is very flaky when it comes to meetings and being prepared for court. But man, she made up for it in court, she was vicious. She took charge even before the judge walked in. I got full custody of my little girl and my ex got to pay more in child support for his efforts. I am still trying to pay her off and she charged me more money after I thought I was payed off but I got what I wanted so I can't really complain about her work. I will agree with some of the others here and say that her hair and dress were a bit trashy for someone her age but I think it must work for her because she intimidates the females in the court room and distracts the men. The judge seemed to respect and like her so I didn't care what she was wearing. She is a barracuda for sure.

Her communication with her clients or other counsel is lacking, putting it politely. The only time the communication is at it's best is the "consult" when he wants the retainer. I received the contract after she went through the retainer, with of course different prices for her and her assistants services. Her work quality is very sloppy, the only paperwork that she performed was incorrect. She has no values, if she did then "we" wouldn't be broke from trying to get matters taken care of and end up hiring someone else to get it done. Her assistant is just as worthless and they make quite a pair. She over charges clients for supposed work, as well as the work that her assistant supposedly does. She is not professional. She dresses like a floozy and flips her hair when she talks to you as if she is 16. You would think that being as old as she is that she would have learned that this doesn't work in the world today.

Talk about poor trial preparation and inadequate communication! She is a barracuda in the courtroom, but never is prepared for trial, doesn't return phone calls; requires motions to be filed in order to compell for discovery, enforce orders, etc. Do not hire this one!

Too bad there is not a "0" button to click on. This person refuses to return calls or file paperwork into the courts as paid. She took our money and has done nothing to earn it. She makes meetings with you and does not call you to let you know it has been canceled. Over 2 month period, there has been over 30 calls made to get information and not one of them has been returned. Her poor excuse for a secretary only adds to the dysfunction Ms. Adair exhibits to her so called clients. Don't hire her, she DOES NOT have her act together nor does she care about you after you give her your money. I have never seen an attorney that treats people so badly. As an abused person, I trusted what Ms. Adair was saying to me was true. Turns out she is an abuser too, just not physically. She should be barred from ever practicing again. Oh, I forgot, how can you be barred from something you obviously are not doing. Don't get caught up in her web. It will bring you nothing more $ to find a compentant lawye
