Stacey worked with Neuberger and partners at the time she represented me. I was charged with sexual assault x2. She is compassionate, honest, knowledgeable and personable. Her courtroom demeanour was outstanding and she was complimented by the judge on her conduct. She presented a great defence and truly gave me as good representation as I could have hoped for. Her ability to cross examine showed the courts the inconsistencies in the crown witness' testimony and left no doubt that large portions of their versions of what happened had been fabricated. I was acquitted on all charges! I highly recommend Stacey and while I never intend on being in that situation again would hire her without hesitation should I ever find myself in that peril again.

I am a construction worker.
I had an elderly client, and he wants me to help him to renovate his basement. After working for 3 days, he got a violation ticket from city of Toronto that he needs to stop the renovation right away. He then asked me to return him the deposit which is half of the fee we discussed for the work). I don't think it's fair since I did 3 days work so I refused. When I took my tool (compressor gun) and about to leave, he shouted at me and said I assaulted him with my tool! I was shocked, but of course, police believed him. I felt my life was broken and destroyed until I saw the advertising in the internet of Neuberger and Partners and I met with Ms. Stacey Nichols. She did not only provide me professional advises but also explained all the questions I asked very patiently. She made me feel like I am not by myself and was truly trying to help me. My charge was withdrawn! Thank you Stacey!

Stacey has done a fabulous work on my case. She works long hours preparing for my trial and handled the case with great attention to the little details. She is capable of handling complex issues and was very reliable through out the whole procedure. I would recommend her to anyone!

Ms. Nichols has done very diligent, meticulous and responsible work in my case. It exceeds by far my previous experience with lawyers in terms of quality of work and thoroughness. Watching Ms. Nichols preparing and presenting in court instilled confidence. She was well prepared about my case and she appropriately defended in court. In court, Ms. Nichols had all the material very well organized and thoroughly reviewed. In her role, Stacey was all along in control during the proceedings keeping the focus and bringing back the points assisting me as the prosecution was trying to slip away.

OUTSTANDING LAWYER. Stacey proved in my case an excellent lawyer: careful to details, thorough in cross-examination and very capable to handle complex issues. Before every court appearance, Stacey worked long hours and weekends to review the case and prepare the best defense. She never settles for less than best. I was really impressed with her interpersonal skills: efficient communication, careful listening, consideration and confidence. This lawyer has an outstanding work ethics, excellent focus on your matter and willing to involve what it takes to make the best possible case. It is the fifth lawyer I retained in the last 10 years and clearly, Stacey outperformed them all. Her dedication is often leading to long work hours, weekends and even during her holidays. Once on your case, you are in great hands with your legal matter. Cost wise: very reasonable.
