Run for the hills before you even think of hiring this firm. They took my signature and submitted formal paperwork on my behalf with my explicit directions not to do so and their prior claims to get my approval in advance.Highly unethical!Todd would not even so much as have a conversation with me after their error and dropped me and my case like a hot potato after spending thousands of dollars as a client rather than own up to the error.This was just as bad as the error itself and he could care less about me or my case. I would treat my worst enemy better than this. I am not some kook, I am a decent and honest person and this was a horrible and costly experience for essentially nothing in return. I encourage you to contact me at hoganjob@hotmail.com if my experience can assist you in any way in your decision for an attorney. Don't buy into Todd being great at strategy. His only strategy is to dump you and not even spend five minutes to talk to you if he feels his firm is exposed.

Todd Burnham and his staff helped me through a very difficult time. He was direct, thorough and genuine to me and my family.
