After the initial interview Attorney Kretz accepted our case and did not know about an important immigration statue that had been in place for over a decade, that would prevent us for moving forward for 3 years. I was able to obtain a full refund after expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of service. Do not go to this firm for I-212/I-601 cases, they do not have sufficient experience.
