Mr Persad did an excellent job in settling my real estate matters. Efficient and done without any problems. Cost was reasonable. I would look in doing business with him again.

Overall, did well with my case. He doesn't sugar coat anything, tells you how it is. Prompt and personable.

I thought he was great, he was very knowlegable and won my extremely long custody battle. I'd retain him in the future if needed to.

Avoid this lawyer at all costs. He's full of empty promises. He does not know what he's doing. He's cheap for a reason!
