Paul Zahn assisted my husband and I with our bankruptcy, a Chapter 7. Paul helped us discover which Chapter was best for us and which we qualified for as well as the pros and cons to both. The thing I like best about Paul is that he was always available and on the rare occasion he wasn't, he called or emailed us back promptly. He was very straightforward and never aloof about the emotional aspects of this very important decision and process for us. He also gave us the case law to answer our questions and told us what to expect each step of the way. If he was unclear on a matter, he never guessed but instead researched and asked his expert colleagues. He's a "real" person that you can trust. He also attended the "meeting of the creditors" with us in Santa Barbara, which was re-assuring, since we were very nervous. Zahn Law Firm for a bankruptcy filing if necessary, and although I did not use him for family law, I know he specializes in that field of practice as well.
