I have used Frank MacMillan as my lawyer for many years and many legal transactions. Frank is, without any doubt, one of the best lawyers I have dealt with. He represents his clients above and beyond the call and keeps you informed throughout the process. With his experience he is able to detect problems before they arise and can eliminate any delays in the legal process. As a Real Estate investor and Real Estate Agent I have had the opportunity to use the services of Frank Macmillan and his office on numerous occasions for both Real Estate matters as well as for personal matters relating to Wills etc…. I have always found his work to be completed in a very timely manner as well as with the utmost degree of professionalism and care. He has always made himself available to deal with my issues and on many occasions he has gone above and beyond the call of duty providing Legal advice on some rather complex matters. I have on many occasions recommended his services to my Real Estate Clients and all of whom reported back that they were very pleased with the services they received. I will continue to use his services in the future as well as continue to refer him to my Clients to him.

We used this lawyer for several real estate purchases and sales. Unfortunately, for the last two purchases, we have had to chase, cajole and telephone numerous times to get our property documentation sent to us. He claimed his assistant was unreliable but when we used his services again this year, we were again forgotten. Our real estate documentation only surfaced four months after our closing and this was only because we were forced to call and request it.
