Wasted way too much money to get absolutely nowhere. And then coached into signing a document that stated I was representing myself when she just “fired me as a client” with no reason and no warning 4 days before a motion was to be answered. She’s made it so I may possibly lose my son. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Very slow and unresponsive. Just wants to take your money and not go anything. Very hard to deal with. Do not use this lawyer!!

A very good firm, reasonably priced and super efficient. Attentive and accommodating to my needs. My issue was handled not only in a timely manner but also before my deadline. I would highly recommend Lynn and should the need arise would definitely want her in my court.

I have been working with Ms. Burgess for many years, she is professional and her respect and knowledge of the law is always paramount in the advice she provides. Under the difficult and emotional circumstances that come with family matters, she has always been fair and compassionate. The staff in her office are also a pleasure to work with.

I've dealt with Ms. Burgess a few times over the years with respect to family law matters. I have always found her to be well prepared and knowledgeable. Her work is top notch, she stands up for her clients, and she is reasonable. I highly recommend her.

I have seen the previous ratings posted and am surprised. It appears that postings have been negative in nature and never anything positive. I had a very positive experience and would recommend this experienced and sensible lawyer. Her approach is very practicable and sensible. I would highly recommend her.

Lynn Burgess shared confidential information with others, she gave me a shoddy sep agreement with wrong child support calculations and she advised me to do things that ended up with the police calling me threatening to charge. Is this who you want?

Don't waste your time and money! Never returns phone calls. Left messages. Nothing for months and months and months. Even hired my ex to do work for her. If there was a 0 rate on this that's what she would get.

Lynn was retained and only after 5 months did she contact my ex husband to resolve outstanding issues. 6 months of letters between lawyers resulted in 0 progress. She never returned calls. Ever. Upon settling my account she charged me for a "free" consultation. She used my retainer 100%. No progress. I let her go and my new lawyer has done more in 1 month than she did in a year.
