Me Alice Popovici is by far one of the best lawyer you need to be represented by . For the last 3 years my case was dragging in court . Nevertheless to say that I contacted more well-known lawyers and none of them were at the level of Me Alice Popovici. Hard to describe in just a few words the help, the understanding, the humanity, AND the professionalism of someone who was there for me during such challenging time. Me Popovici made happen the impossible ; to have sole custody with visitation rights is unthinkable in Quebec but she made it happen.
If you think to be represented don’t hesitate, Me Alice Popovici is the one you need . I highly recommend her .

Me Popovici est une perle. J’ai fait appel à ses services dans une cause qui est très complexe impliquant de jeunes enfants. Le jugement rendu dernièrement était au delà de mes espérances. Me Popovici se bat comme si ses propres intérêts étaient en jeu. Hors cour, c’est une personne humaine, empathique et à l’écoute. Elle a toujours su trouver les bons mots pour me motiver à me « battre » lorsque j’étais anéantie par l’ampleur du conflit. Je n’hésiterai certainement pas à recommander ses services à qui que ce soit.

Me Alice Popovici a été excellente! Son travail minutieux, son empathie envers mon désarroi et sa préparation de mon dossier ont fait une défense solide et pertinente dans ma faveur. Je l'admirait en tant que personne mais la voir se battre pour ma cause comme une lionne m'ont touché profondément. Fine observatrice de la nature humaine, du non-verbal, elle a su avec aisance s'adapter aux tournures du procès sans s'éloigner de l'essentiel et mon intérêt. Ses conseils dans le moindre détails ont allégé une l'expérience déjà très intimidante dans un moment beaucoup moins pénible et elle a été une adversaire redoutable devant la partie adverse. Elle m'a transmis son calme, m'a rassurée et m'a traité avec le plus grand respect et sérieux dont je lui suis reconnaissante.
Je vous recommande fortement de lui faire confiance car vous ne serez pas déçus!

I highly recommend Alice to anyone looking for a divorce/family law attorney. When my simple divorce turned into a custody battle she told me that she was good at what she does and is a fighter. She was always there to answer my questions and provide advice every step of the way. I was thoroughly impressed with her skills in the courtroom and we won!! From the moment that I spoke with Alice, I felt an understanding that I had never encountered with a lawyer.
