Gave him 200$ and some paperwork already done. All he needed to do was make sure it was right and then file it. He tried numerous times. Things were changed and tried again but still denied. After 4 weeks of attempts I stopped trying and for personal reason decided to put it on hold. Takes call ok and is willing to talk, but takes time to return them. Hems and haws over giving answers. Didn't know if it was because I didn't have money upfront that he was being slow. Upside he was willing to take legal aid and have the office apply to get it to be able to accept legal aid certificates.
