Previously employed by NYS Department of Environmental Conservation; he acted as if he still worked for government versus client who was paying him. His lack of action, NO DISCOVERY, HE had us doing FOILS With DEC! He was ignorant of processes and even neglected contact of Army Corp of Engineers! Meanwhile it was costing us thousands of dollars! Refused payment advising us to wait until next year because he already made too much money! Then he advised co-worker that we had not paid him!!!! We hired another lawyer who knows what he is doing and was shocked to hear our experience with Mr. Bowitch!
