Ms.Issberner would cancel her appointments with me last minute and would spend majority of her clocked hours that I was billed for talking about her life instead of my case. Ms. Issberner did not offer visibility into my case. Often times she would communicate after the fact and not keep me updated. Ms. Issberner is unprofessional to say the least. RID: 179463

Click to report rating    12/19/12   5     5     5     5     5   I had a complicated divorce and custody matter. I was beside myself, until I met Patricia Issberner. She wrapped herself around my very complicated case that was in Supreme and Family Court. After many sleepless nights I felt like I was in the right hands. She is respected by everyone in her field--judges, opposing counsel, even court reporters and officers and Child Protective Services--(she is a former Law Guardian--an attorney who represents children). She walked us through a process which was once unthinkable. She professionally explained our "side" of the nightmare to the law guardian, deftly dealt with the forensic psychologist, which thankfully we didn't need in the long run, because Pat's way of thinking is to try and settle the case if at all possible so as not to bankrupt her clients, but if we must go to trial--watch out--she is a former district attorney and her trials skills cannot be matched. She would love to settle and save everyone grief and money, but God help RID: 97006
